I can't figure out why some of the Atari tables show scores that look like it's in Martain or some other number system. The problems are with Airborne Avenger, the Atarians and Middle Earth. All of them have scores on the lower-left of the playfield. I did grab the atari1b.vbs file from the most recent Middle Earth with no joy. Clearing NVRAMs don't help either. The Atarians (which doesn't appear to use atari1b) is not as bad as the other two.

The tables play fine, but the scores are gibberish. Why would this only be a problem with Atari tables with scores on the playfield? Thanks in advance.

Hi Licwip

I tested all tables thet you meant

They look fine for me in desktop mode or cabinet mode.

Take a look if you have updated your tables and ROM files

Thanks for checking, Emanoel! New ROMs didn't help, but I fixed the problem by changing the listed vb in the scripts, from atari1b.vbs to atari1.vbs. No more Martian-speak!

And then... it started doing it again. So weird. I'll tinker some more.
