I don't know if the physic is realistic because I've some difficulties to control the ball.

I've found Preferences > Physics Options ... > Export Set

I 've exported from TITAN to this table and... nothing changed!

Is it what you mean?

 

I tried Edit > Set Default Physics without results, but now values in Set 1 are very different.

Did I break something in VPX?

Options > at Options Window > here at Physics ...
Last Step at Import, then don't Forget to Save Table.

This are just the Basic Physics Settings, but it feels much better with this from JP's Table, imo.

For sure, there are much more to optimize on Table Element's (unfortunately what you can NOT Export and Import: Bumper Strength, Slings and and ...),
but this aren't the easy Steps, and i think, not needed to Change here.

I recently stumbled across the VPX recreation of Barracora (Williams, 1981) and found myself asking, "What is going on with this artwork?" Between the scuba diver, the fish-headed woman, the giant eyes, and the ever-watchful barracudas, it felt like there was a story hiding beneath the playfield.

 

So, for fun, I teamed up with ChatGPT and wrote one. Here is the link.

 

Barracora Creepy Pasta

 

It's a slow-burn, Backrooms-inspired creepypasta that imagines Barracora as a forgotten reef that doesn't appear on maps, where divers leave behind journals, barracudas seem to be watching, and one mysterious figure appears in the corner of photographs spanning more than a century.

 

If you've ever enjoyed inventing your own backstory for a table, I hope you'll have as much fun reading it as I had writing it. Maybe it'll make your next game of Barracora just a little more unsettling.

We have heard more than one story about the renaming of this game, causing the atypical placement of two alphabet letters on a single playfield insert. Pinball designer/programmer Larry Demar stated in an interview that the original name of the game was 'Las Vegas', eventually becoming 'Jet Orbit'.

 

 

Artist Doug Watson told us that the name changed again when he created the art. Inspired by Swiss artist H.R. Giger, Doug drew a predatory fish morphing into a model's head "against a landcape of teeth", and he named her 'Barracuda'. He presented his drawing to Mike Stroll, President of Williams, who liked the art but felt the name 'Barracuda' had negative connotations. Mike and a few other people who were present were starting to think of an alternate name on the spot. Doug quickly suggested 'Barracora' as the woman's name, and Mike loved it. Doug proceeded to discreetly make naked 'Barracoras' on the playfield.
