How accurate is the VPX simulation of Judge Dredd?

VPX Judge Dredd

I can tell you my scores are higher with the vp table versus my real JD. JD in real life is a fast, sometimes frenetic game and I actually look forward to the small time break as the ball stops for loading the ring. Its the only break from the action that you'll get! :) The sniper shot IRL is hard but relatively easy in simulation, for example. I was surprised to find that the ramp shots are equally as hard as IRL

Not sure where to post this question...

I know that most VPX Table Recreations are programmed/scripted/configured to be as accurate as possible.

However, I was hoping that someone who has experience playing both a real Judge Dredd and the VPX simulation could compare the two for me.

I'm asking because after playing the VPX simulation and liking it, I'm considering purchasing the real table.

I was surprised that I find the simulation so much fun, because this is the first wide body table that I like. Usually I find wide bodies to play rather slow, but I didn't get this feeling from playing the simulation.

Thanks for your help!

Thank you!

I'm going to go for it. :-)

This will actually be the 3rd time that a video game version of a table led me to buy the real thing. :-)

This one will be pretty close to zero-sum cost, as I will be selling a game of similar value to pay for the Judge Dredd.

Judge Dredd is a real fun and underrated pinball machine.

I own the real one and I am positively happy with it.

VPX version play it very well, but the real one in much more fun
