It looks like DOF configures five chimes by default on virtual pinball systems, yet most real pin machines only have three. What do you folks think? Is it worth trying to get to that magic five number or would three be sufficient?

First problem for me to solve is how to find a good chimes for sale. I'll take 3 or 5!

I think I will build some chimes. I have a novel design in mind. If it works, I'll start a new discussion thread with a write-up.
