I'd like to take a crack at modding this table and removing the ozzy image at the top of the table and putting a proper Dio image where he was... Also, maybe remove Bill Ward and put in Vinny Appice... Since Appice toured more with them and was the drummer on Mob Rules, the new tracks for The Dio Years best of, the 90s Dio Black Sabbath album Dehumanizer, and of course the drummer for the totally the same band, but not the same name Heaven and Hell band... And yes you might now get where I got my name from. I'm a bit of a Dio fan.

I got that album... Actually I own all of Dio's albums. It's not a bad album for what it is. He got that gig because Roger Glover who produced and wrote that album, was the producer of his Elf albums. That's also how Dio meet Richie Blackmoore. Elf opened for Deep Purple, and Blackmoore got cheesed off with the band and wanted to split. Dio agreed so long as he could take the rest of Elf with him. So the first Rainbow album was Elf sans Elf's guitarist. But, then they all got fired after and some people say that cheesed Dio off... But, that is another story... And yeah... As I said I LOVE DIO!

Dio Dream Evil was the only concert I ever went to in my life. It was in Southern Cal at Irvine Meadows. I think I was about 16 at the time so around 1987.

It was a bad experience for me!!

The bands and music was great!! Faster Pussycat opened up for Dio, and Yngwie Malmsteen joined as a special guest when Dio was playing!! Amazing show!!

But......

The people I went with, all decided to rush stage...or at least try to get to front rows. Well if you want to make sure you don't lose the people giving you the ride home...you have to follow. I made it down 2 columns, and when I jumped into first row column, I was quickly slammed against wall by a cop and escorted to the side, where I promptly was able to get back to assigned seat area and start the process of rushing stage again. I did this many times and finally was able to find one of my friends I came with.

To make things worse, everyone had taken acid right before entering concert.

There was lit trash being thrown everywhere and chairs too. It was like a controlled riot!!

To make a long story short...

I never went to another concert in my life. That was the first...and last.

Still love the music!!

Carry on.

My first concert was Iron Maiden for the virtual 11 tour. Dio was the mid card... Wasp was supposed to open and I like Wasp as well, but Blackie had to cancel. So it was Dirty Deeds that opened, then Dio, and then Maiden.

Dio was amazing. And even though it was Blaze Bayley Iron Maiden, I still can't imagine a better first concert. Just amazing... Sadly I never saw Dio again... Seen Maiden 5 more times though all with Bruce of course. And I plan on going to see the Dio hologram tour when it comes to america.

The only time I saw R.J.DIO was at Hellfest 2009 in France, with Heaven & Hell

They played before Mötley Crüe and his voice was very different from Vince Neil's one ! :D

I love his two first albums and those he did with Black Sabbath too, he had a really nice voice !

Okay... So I made what I think is a real nice replacement graphic for the backwall... Sadly I just couldn't fit Vinny Appice in there. It's not out of disrespect, the man is one of my all time favorite drummers. It's just I couldn't make the graphic work with him. If anyone is interested I can share it. If not I'll just use it for my personal use. Oh, and yes I got permission before I modded. So I can share it. But, since its only one minor replacement, I really don't know if anyone is interested. But, to me I really think it completes the table.

here is my replacement backwall image. https://postimg.org/image/ybp73bdtn/

You will need to upload it via the image editor. Once you import it. Then delete the original backwall image. It's entitled backwall.

Then rename the image to backwall to match the deleted image perfectly.

Then click save and you have the new backwall graphic.

I might make a few more mods to this table. We'll see... But, I am happy now that Dio is where he should be.
