Class of 1812 VP912 1.0

Version: 1.0.0
Category: VPinMAME 9.x Recreations

Author(s): jpsalas

Description:
Based on the 1991 table by Gottlieb.
This is a conversion of my VP8 table. I have kept a few objects like I made them 5 years ago, mostly posts and rubbers. Why you may ask? Nostalgia? Yeah, something like this smile.gif

Thanks Grizz for the help with the flashers, now you can see how they look with color.

This table uses the same graphics as the FS table, so if they don't work on your computer you may need to reduce the graphics to a max of 1024 in the VP settings.

Enjoy!
JP

These are my tables, sorted by date, all them playable with VPX 7 or newer:

After 18 years making tables, it is time to take a rest and let new authors do their thing.

I guess at last I'll play some more pinball :). But I'm sure I'll make some table updates from time to time :)

Anyone else notice how you can't add credits, thus not be able to start the game? I hear the coins drop, but no creds increment. Bummer....

Since this is a Gottlieb System 3 table, you probably need to download the pre-configured nvram pack and extract the contents to your nvram folder to be able to play this game.

You can download the pack from this link: http://www.vpforums....u...l&f_id=1362

The ROM guru response:

Since all of the Gottlieb games used analog controls, there is no ROM adjustment for volume. You would have to use the PinMAME controls to adjust the volume, which is clicking on the DMD (for this table you would need to go into the script and unhide it since I believe JP used lights for the score display), press the tilde key (or the key to the left of the 1 key for you non-English keyboard owners), then use the up and down arrows keys to scroll through the options to get to the volume channels and then use the left and right arrow keys to adjust the channel (left arrow key to lower the channel volume, right arrow key to raise the channel volume). When you are done press the tilde key (or the key to the left of the 1 key) to close the PinMAME controls window.

ROM guru out!

I forgot to tell you that I already made what guru told me to last time I asked biggrin.gif
I did the tilde key trick but was finding sound still too low, so I was wondering if there was a ROM setting I missed.
Thx Great Guru !
