Rocky VP91x V1.0FS

Version: 1.0.0
Category: VP 9.x Cabinet Tables (FULL SCREEN)

Author(s): 1up, unclewilly

Description:
FULLSCREEN version of Rocky (Gottlieb 1982).
Another joint effort between myself (1up) and unclewilly.

All artwork has been completely redrawn.

This table did take longer than expected to
complete, but am very happy with how it all turned out.
thanks to destruk for helping out with a few queries we had during the build.

DING, DING, round 1.......

That is the great thing about VP is that you will get to play tables you probably won't ever be able to in real life.

Thanks guys, table looks great and can't wait to try it tonight when I get home on my cab.

Looks great guys! I've never seen this table in real life. The dual flipper setup at the bottom is interesting. Can't wait to try it out.

Thanks!

I would say a very good table, unfortunately its not very angle independent sad.gif -- because of the odd flipper angles on the lower half of the playfield, you cant set the FOV or Lay Back with-out making the pop bumpers out of whack, especially the middle pop bumper.
It kind of suprised me because lately almost all the new releases have been very 9.12 tweakable friendly, especially Uncle Willys tables; actually UW has a very strong grasp of INC, FOV, & LB, and usually his games have some good presets, right out of the box. I cant stand the old-- look at the back of the flippers view in FS mode, its kind of a pet peave of mine and doesnt look realistic.
Besides that point, I am extremely glad to see that UW is back and still designing some great games smile.gif

thanks guys

Thanks for the table guys. But I would have to agree with Scott Detroit Pinball on this one. I tried setting layback on this one, and the pop bumpers go all out of whack. I'm not trying to be nasty, I hope I don't come off that way. I have gotten used to the layback, and tables that don't use it look strange to me now. Thanks again for all your efforts.
I don't mind being called a PINHEAD!
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me, than a frontal lobotomy!
