the physics on this table are just sensational ! It just feels so real. I like the fact it is a bit more of a chilled pin, you can measure your shots and take your time.

I played this BITD in arcades but never was good enough to get 5 balls going at once, which on this machine is great fun, as it's not so mad like some other tables that all the balls whizz around draining...you can keep them going on this one. I've hit 1.9 million, but now I know what I'm doing should get higher with some more practice :)

Unrelated question. Are there any score tournaments run on VP forums ?

for anyone working on the sound problems of the Bally speech, here's a little video of the original speech with echo (they used the unique "Say-it-Again" chip for it) and original voice without echo..man what a fifference:

And again, the psysics are the best i've ever seen and feeled, they should take the script and covert it to all other tables..awesome!!!

This table has BMPR but a newer version of it. The echoing of the speech must be realized in VPM, don't know how to do that.

Wow, those physics indeed are out of this world!

I really love what you guys did.

Thanks a lot!

Have to agree the physics are spot on, the table looks great, and all the little attention to detail really pays off trumps! The Table tap sounds, reflections, etc. add so much. Thanks JF and Fuzzel!

This table is just beautiful now!  So much detail, it plays awesome and I just love the added option to choose between Original lighting and LEDs and those white LEDs will really light up your game room!

Bravo Gentlemen, Bravo! :otvclap:

Yes, thats it! Thank you! It looks like it should. Great table!

Also, it doesn't show in Downloads search to me either. When I set "Downloads" in search and enter "centaur" in query it shows all other tables and media packs but not this variant.

It shows only if you include the underscore ( _ )

Wonder if people are missing out on this gem due to this.

Yeah, I think a lot of desktop people are missing out on this table due to it not showing up in the search of the 'download' section.  I'd highly recommend that fuzzel upload a desktop version because you (and your contributors) need to 'feel the love' from the desktop community for the work you've done on this mod/conversion!  For what it's worth, this is what I used to convert the FS to desktop, but I use some 'fat' settings so that it feels like the table is closer to me on my 42 inch TV.

Inclination: 62

FOV: 32

Layback: 0

Rotation: 360

xscale: 1.05

yscale: 1.4

zscale: 1

xoffset: 0

yoffset: 70

zoffset: 0

Best Regards,

Todd.

p.s. these settings are very similar to some Desktop settings I've borrowed from JPSalas...

by the way, don't even think of doing a physmod5 conversion, this table doesn't need it.  Just look at who worked on it.

Yeah, I think a lot of desktop people are missing out on this table due to it not showing up in the search of the 'download' section.

This is probably due to the underscore after the word Centaur.  It can only be found by adding an asterisk to the end of the search - ie: searching for Centaur*

Maybe Noah can change a setting in the forum to always add a wildcard to the end of searches by default.

And I agree this is a superb table.  It looks incredible, great lighting, and the physics are spot on thanks to JimmyFingers.   ;)

I'm still new around here & not sure where to find this table info you mentioned.

Is it the settings mentioned by kruge99 or are there other ones?
