My cabinet has seen quite a few changes in its lifetime having started with several VP8 tables and now has over 700 tables between VP9 and VPX. I just moved another table from VP9 to VPX (thank you @goldchicco for Star Fire (Playmatic 1985)), and now I only have 9 tables remaining on the VP9 side.  I was wondering what tables others still had in their VP9 library that they haven't found a VPX replacement for.  Here's my remaining list:

Al's Garage Band Goes On a World Tour (Alvin G 1992)

Banzai Run (Williams 1988)

Big Hurt (Premier 1995)

Bubblegum Crisis MegaTokyo 2035 (Original 2011)

Central Park (Gottlieb 1966)

Kings of Steel (Bally Midway 1984)

Lego (Original 2017)

Riverboat Gambler (Williams 1990)

Vegas (Gottlieb 1990)

This has been such an awesome hobby and community.  Thank you to all the amazing table designers and coders who spend countless hours donating their skills and talents.

I agree completely, I love the community.  I am totally addicted to collecting lots of things, including visual pinball tables.  My list of VP9 Cabinet view that are not created on VPX is getting very small.  I want to show RD my cab with all my DB stuff.

Between pincabs, mini cabs, bartops, handhelds, VR, micro pin controllers, its amazing!

Aaron Spelling is one of the VP9 only tables I still occasionally play.  I like the VP9 Congo, Abra Cadabra and Pro Football too.

Banzai Run is one of them, what i keep as VP9 ... can't wait for a 2nd Screen Support by VPX - or a good directb2s Solution ... or maybe a VPX with the 2nd Screen on PF too - like the latest VP9 does.

Data East Playboy ... :-)

As strange as this might seem, I fully agree. I also play the VP9 version for the same reason.
Abracadabra is another case like this.

I still play the obvious VPX omissions like Viper Night Drivin', Playboy 35th Anniversary, Al's Garage Band, Golden Cue, Police Force etc. but most of my remaining VP9 tables are the old 40's,50's and 60's tables by PBecker1946 converted to FS by Itchigo. I love these old tables (probably because I am old) and they still look, sound and play great on VP9.

POPEYE- One of the last VP9 holdouts I have, fun game, would love to see it convert to vpx. In the first release of VPX I think i could load it and execute the table without it crashing.

Too many! I haven't got around to decluttering yet, but I converted many VP8 tables to VP9 where they didn't exist as VP9's. So I'll still have many VP9 originals and EM's.
What about PM5's? Are they in the same class as VP9's. Should I delete them if they exist in VPX or should I keep some of them?

I guess you would have to take some time and compare the PM5's to the VPX version, and see if anything unique still exists for the PM5 version or not?

Almost all of those PM5 tables have a VPX counterpart. Sadly, having it in VPX doesn't necessarily equal to a better version, as far as the physics goes.

Visually, there is no contest for most tables and VPX will be much better.
