...Just gave this a whirl, and I gotta say this is a masterpiece for you Roger!

The DMD is awesome, and the gameplay is super fun. I maybe would have like the ball image a bit larger, but i understand what you were trying to accomplish.

Very very nice OG Mod here!

Ehhh...

I realised just now that I forgot to show the player's score on the dmd during the end of game Match sequence.
And the "SHOOT AGAIN" animation is also missing.

I am updating my DMD animation list to night.

Seems like it wasn't reading my Start button when entering a highscore - is it hardcoded to enter instead of what VP is set to?

I am using the Plunger button to enter the high score (If keycode = PlungerKey ...)
I could change my script to use both Start and Plunger buttons.

Played the 4:3 earlier today at work for a few minutes and it is really fun and good job on the DMD. Just got home and tried to load this and when I run I get an error saying line0 is null. I look at the script and line0 is all red and if I delete it the next line that comes up turns red as well. Didn't have too much time to mess around with it plus I was getting a neck cramp with my head turned sideways smile.gif Anyone else have this problem with the FS version?

The backglass exe file is missing or is renamed.
The name of the exe file must match the name in the LaunchBackglass command.

Posted a new release of this table today.

Added a couple of DMD sequences that were missing in the first release.

The last two digits of all four players score are displayed on the DMD during the MATCH sequense.

You can now use both Start and Plungeer key to enter high score name.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Found a new bug.

The bonus count down is too slow in this release. If you don't want to download again then you can add one line to the script to speed up the bonus count.

Find line 535 in the script and add this line,
SeqTimer.Interval=150

It should look like this when the new line is inserted.
CODE
       Case 3 'Collect Bonus
              If Mem(1)>0 Then
                 Mem(1)=Mem(1)-1
                 If Mem(1)>0 Then FLSetOn 22, 21+Mem(1)
                 FLSetOff 22+Mem(1), 22+Mem(1)
                 AddScore 20000
                 PlaySound "bonus"
                 SeqTimer.Interval=150      'Add this line to the script
              Else
                 SeqTimer.Interval=250
                 GameSeq=2
              End If

Wow! - I finally got to load this up in the cabinet. This has to be your best to date rosve - the kids love it too. So many good things to say about it. Excellent layout and great use and timing of all the nostalgic sound snippets - the memories came flooding back smile.gif. The increased number of balls as you progress to the next is a neat idea too. The Space 1999 logo on the ramp is a nice touch too. Also the DMD is knockout. Thanks for sharing drinks.gif

This is actually a very well done table, and I think you've done a great job showing what can be done in VP with two monitors in a very clever way. I like the ruleset also with the progressive multiball (even though I am usually down to one ball within 5 seconds haha).

The FS backglass is automatically maximized to fill the entire screen.

Try with the backglass exe from the WS release and experiment with the resolution in the ScreenRes file to find a good size for your display.

Hello rosve!

Wanted to say thank you for all your work with B2S! I'm enjoying Scared Stiff and Bad Cats like never before!

I am having a strange issue with the Space 1999 table. I've installed the table per the instructions, however I see no animations in the DMD display. The game runs and plays fine, the backglass is on the proper monitor, I see the text for 'Ball in Play" at bottom of DMD window and it changes from ball to ball. However all I see is an empty orange matrix! I took the B2S.exe from the WS table and renamed it and I do see the animations, however the backglass image only fills a small amount of the backglass monitor. Any ideas?

I dont know why it isn't working.
The FS and the WS backglasses are identical. The WS bg is only a scaled down FS bg.
Maybe the video memory???
