So, I'm finally getting around to setting-up my Instruction-Cards (I have less than 50 Tables).

I thought this info might be helpful to other users.

Inkochnito has a nice collection ... You can get them here ... they are usually in a common image-format.

https://www.pinballr.../pinball/cards/

You can place them in PinballY's \Media\Instruction Cards\ folder.

While in PinballY, you can view it from Table's main menu or even from the "Table is Paused" menu while a Table is loaded-up.

The "Instruction Card" menu option only appears when a valid card is found for the table.

Like PinballY Media files, the Instruction Cards should be named like the other Media files for a particular table.

An Example:

VPX file name: Addams Family (Bally1992) G5K-v2.3.2 B2S-Dicentim-v1.1.vpx

B2S-backglass file name: Addams Family (Bally1992) G5K-v2.3.2 B2S-Dicentim-v1.1.directb2s

PinballY (Selector Wheel Name): Addams Family

PinballY media-files: Addams Family (Bally 1992).*

Instruction Card: Addams Family (Bally 1992).png ,,, or *.jpg, *.gif, etc.

Finally, I copy the whole \Instruction Cards\ folder over to my iCloud-Drive (or you can use Apple's Files-App, Google-Drive, OneDrive, or cloud-based whatever).

It's really just a folder of pictures, so super-easy to bring-up on your iPhone or iPad and browse to click the correct one.

While there are other ways, it just seems like for occasional use, we might as well just use our personal devices like we do for everything else.

Plus, this is just for when you are not using the Front-End (and a cabinet's screen) to quickly review it.

I think we all know how to score on our favorite tables. But for the "good but seldom played" ones ... it's hard to get to Extra-Ball or Multi-Ball without knowing the scoring basics of the table.

Plus it helps explaining table scoring basics to family members and friends.
