I can get the coins inserted but can't start it. Could anybody share a NVRAM file for the table?

 

So far, the graphics look amazing!

Press End (This opens the coin door)

Press 7 (This toggles the service menu)

Press Left Flipper until Game Adjustments is highlighted

Press Right Flipper to activate Game Adjustments

Press Player Start (This toggles factory settings)

Press Player Start (This selects english language)

Press F3 (This resets emulation)

 

Now you can add coins, and credits will go up.

 

Or you can download the initialized nvram in attachment.

Since you attached the NVRAM file, I decided to use it. It worked perfectly. (I'm enjoying the nice table! Great work, Bigus!)
But your inscructions are a real lesson for the next time I face a similar problem!
