After years of having a pincab I am updating my cab.

I have updated pinup popper and all the software. When iI run tables with  VPinballX107_32bit  or the 62bit all is fine (including the older tables like sinbad)

When I try a table that specifically needs 8 ( I try VPinballX or the VPinballX and it failes to find the core, vbs file. If I manually update the 8 files and overrwrite the core.vbs file the older tables don't recognise the new core file. It seems I can have it one way or the other. Can anyone tell me how to get past this issue.

When you are manually installing VPX8, you should copy all of the contents of the file, and overwrite when asked.

Do not just copy a couple files or scripts from VPX8 standalone package.

Copy all of the contents of the VPX8 Standalone package to your Visual Pinball folder. Overwrite when asked.

The VPX8 core.vbs is backwards compatible.

Thank-you for your input. It has worked well for me and I'm able to ruin 8 86 and 64bit now.
