Migrated to a new computer with a fresh Baller install and my backglass, full dmd and playfield videos randomly stop playing while navigating. The wheels, music and menu are still running and I can still select games but restarting popper is the only way to bring the screens back. I've had some other issues with screens I leave on failing as well, but not as often. No errors or log files either. Looks like maybe a VLC issue but I am using the one provided with popper. I've seen others mention this problem, but no solutions, Would hate to move to a different front end.

Since you've mentioned that others have experienced similar issues, consider posting your problem in the VPForums or other pinball community forums. You might find users who have resolved similar issues.

Well, I've never really seen my (standalone) VLC crash ... really on any of my computers.

I don't use Baller-Installer or PinUp-Popper (I use Pinball-Y).

As you request help, you should probably mention Windows version and your various related programs names and versions.

Main advice I wanted to convey to yall is to check your Windows Reliability Report. Any (red) critical errors need attention.
