Hola, estimados amigos:

For some time now, the playfield image has been suddenly disappearing when I open the game.
It is quite annoying when it is an ongoing recreation that is being worked on.

I would greatly appreciate any help from you.

Make sure you have the box unchecked for "Load image into table editor" on the "Editor Options" menu when you play the table.   If it is checked, it makes all the images load two times and requires a lot more resources so it doesn't load the largest textures.  You will also get multiple occurrences of Future Pinball in the task manager.

It is a bit of a pain when you are working on a table because there are times when you must have the box checked.  If your table isn't large, you might be able to get away with having the box checked if you periodically close all the occurrences of Future Pinball in the task manager (maybe).

He sorted it out. The problem was the BMP files he used weren't showing up in FP. This is common as FP is picky about the format of BMP files. I find that if I open the BMP in Windows Photo / Image viewer, then rotate it 4 times (360), then close the viewer, it saves the BMP in the format needed for FP.
