Does DOFLinx + DOF support option to use a virtual DMD to emulate an addressable LED back matrix?  My VP cab uses an LCD display that is partitioned into 2 virtual DMDs with the lower one sitting directly above the back of my playfield display so I don't have physical space to add separate LED back matrix.  I'd like to repurpose that lower virtual DMD as an addressable LED back matrix for flashing, text, and animation effects supported by DOFLinx enabled tables in FP and FX3 if possible.  My guess is that this would require special DOF plugin or software controller to emulate the addressable LED matrix.  Any helpful tips would be much appreciated!

I am not aware of anything to do this.  It would be a DOF function as DOFLinx purely drives the MX display through DOF and does nothing to smart or direct itself.

Thanks for the confirmation.  I may spend some time looking into what it would take to make this work.
