I'm presuming you got a new FX3.EXE with the release of Star Wars games late last night (my time).  I will start looking at the new FX3.EXE in about 12 hours time.  Not sure how long it will take to work out (as with every new release of FX3.EXE).

 

Hopefully back up and going in a few days.

 

In the interim either,

a)  if you've got it saved, you can run the old FX3.EXE - but of course no new Star Wars games while you're doing that.

b) temporarily remove FX3 from the DOFLinx PROCESSES= trigger

Thanks for your help and the info

At the very early stages of starting work on the new version.  What I have done is add a trap to avoid the crash you experienced.  Instead for an unknown FX3.EXE it will just disable the link to FX3 and log it. ....... more to come.

My cabinet is not letting doflinx link to FX3 im getting the Trap for an unknown exe.

Error 

FX3 information process failed to recognize the EXE, it may be a new FX3.EXE .... now disabling the link

 

Did FX3 Get updated? it was working last night. Is there a way to tell if it has been updated?

 

EDIT:

I just found a website called steamdb and it looks like FX3 has been updated.
