Despite writing DOFLinx originally for Pinball FX2 I actually don't have all the FX2 tables.  I initially bought a few packs and a table or two I really wanted giving me an initial 15 tables.  This means my ability to make memory map files (FX2 files) for DOFLinx has been a bit limited.

The good news is that my lovely wife bought me some Steam gift cards for a birthday recently and I plan to vastly expand my FX2 table library very soon.  While I have a healthy Steam wallet at present, I've been busy with other things.  I haven't rushed and bought too much yet I'm waiting to see if a Steam sale comes along soon.  I did take advantage of the Halloween Steam sale and got The Walking Dead table the other day.  The good news there is that I am now working on an FX2 file for that table.  The basics are done, just trying a few more advanced things.  I hope to have it sorted out in the next week or so along with a couple of others I'm working on.

I'll try to remember to update here when I add new FX2 files to the DOFLinx zip package.

No there is not any documentation for this.  Its a real PITA.  I have a tool that I use to use monitor different areas of memory and when the address is found save to a skeleton FX2 file.  I should probably learn how to use some of the other shared tools out there better for discovering game memory locations, undoubtedly they are better than my customised FX2 tool.  Ideally you use well known shared tools to get close to the addresses, then my customised FX2 tool to fine tune.

Happy to share the tool and list of tables that need work if you want to play around.  I have a number in dev / test at present.  I also plan to buy all tables shortly.

Once the memory addresses are known you can edit the commands to anything you like, essentially script the action from the trigger.  Its just the triggers that are the pain.

If you are only running FX2 that means you must be using the grid for selecting games I'm assuming....
Add this line to your DOFLinx.ini file and set the amount of time it will take for you to select the right game you would like to play

PROCESS_TO_ACTIVE_TIME=25000     (25000 is 25 seconds)

-

If that does not work then

Clear your log, Run ones -  post your log and your DOFLinx.ini

The FX2 folder is where you have mapped games  --- Right?

You have to pick one of the games that are mapped

PATH_FX2=C:\directOutput\FX2\

-

PROCESS_TO_ACTIVE_TIME=25000

(25000 is 25 seconds)   (2500 is 2.5 Seconds)

-

That is not your log file that is a debug screen your log file will be with the DOFLinx.exe file .....
But on your debug screen you can right-click it and get a menu,  you may have to click on fake emulator to get the menu to work
