Although this table download appears not to be finished (main problems with plunger and B2S not working on a cab out of the box and a few other minor details,) I want to thank the author Kruuth for a great looking table.

I went ahead and fixed the problems for myself and it is now fully functioning awesome table. I can give those files to whoever wants this table but I'm new here and don't want to step on anyone's toes. So not sure where to go from here if anyone wants it. I guess if you do just post below or mail me on this site? Or I can ask permission to give the files out if the author is still around?

Thanks and awesome community btw.

Justindavis, very odd that I was playing around with different versions of this same table today and saw your post! Incredible odds I would think. Anyway, I was working on the plunger and a few things myself.   I would love to have your fixes and see what you did for the table.   Thank you!
