Hey, check out my first mod.  All I did was put in meshes for R2D2 and the Death Star (and hooked them up of course).  No other changes where made.  I'm asking Rob046 for permission to mod his mod of the FS version, although now that there are meshes in for the toys, this table is mostly angle independent.  Let me know of any issues and I'll try to fix them.  There might be some later versions with better detailed meshes (for example, R2's body is just a VP mesh with 20 sides and a papercraft texture wrapped around it and his legs are... well I threw them in at the last moment).

Hmmm... I don't know why.  Oh, maybe because it needs to be approved?  Like I said, this is my first table I've put here.  I know if I follow the link, I can go to it just fine but maybe that's because it's my file?

Wonderful...   I have been looking forward to a new MOD with better toys since I downloaded this table a year ago.    One of my favorites to play...   I hope to be able to download soon.

Yes anything hosted through VPF needs to be approved by administration.

I wish the U.S. Border Patrol spent this much time checking people at the crossings.

Really nice job Shoopity, thanks for the release!  The animation is really smooth now.  R2 looks smooth not pixelated as before. A little more detail would be nice but much improved over the old one due to the resolution of the head.

As for the deathstar, I liked the graphic of the old one better. It looked like the plastic toy(since it was a photo of the toy I believe) with the Led in the center of the weapon port.  Anyway you can use that image as the mesh for the deathstar?

Thanks for a great release of my Fav table.

I've stretched to FS for my cab and have included the settings below (if they work for anyone else).  I'm having real problems with B2S on this, for some reason it can't find the backglass even though I've changed the relevant script and renamed the backglass file.

Is anyone going to do a new version of the backglass for this?  I've got one with the grill, but you can't turn it off (the grill).

I was planning on getting models going for this at some point but since I didn't think anyone was actively working on updating it I figured I'd get to it later.  I'm not much for coding so shoop has got the ball rolling by hooking up mesh's instead of photos to the animation.  Since R2D2 is a common thing for nerds on the net to model in 3D, I found a low poly model that has a good level of detail already with texture mapping that I could use for R2.  Death star isn't a problem since it's just a half sphere, I can understand how you would like the original photo texture but I'm sure shoop didn't use this because it only includes one side.  In order to have a texture that will work with the spinning animation on a 3D mesh we need either a perfect top down photo (so the map looks perfectly circular) and two pics on of a perfect front view and perfect back view for good texture map seems.

After stretching the table to above and changing the script to do the standard call to the B2S Server,  I am getting a B2S server error as well.    The error is "An error occurred while parsing Entity Name.   Line 1479, Position 26".

Using your B2S screen Loadedweapon.

Yesterday i played around with a r2d2 texture i found on the net. It would be nice to see bot r2d2 and the deathstar abit more detailed like this.
The speculars on r2d2 have to be a fixed png, and not rotate/jump with him though.
