After 18 years making tables, it is time to take a rest and let new authors do their thing.

I guess at last I'll play some more pinball :). But I'm sure I'll make some table updates from time to time :)

Wowie! So glad to see this finally come together!! dblthumb.gif Is that the apron and plunger cover I made for Unclewilly and Grizz for their recreation or did they make a new one?

Lets get a b2S version.

That'd be nice indeed. It would get rid of the slight stutter caused by UVP.

I matched the physics to my real table, the best I could at least. It is a tough table that you just try to get better at but maybe will never master (like Black Hole). However, if you can keep the ball alive in the attic & cellar as long as possible your games will last much longer. Unlike, say Black Hole, you stay alive after losing it in the basement.
Actually, in real life I set my HH to 5 balls. You guys may want to do the same if games are lasting too quick. There is a reason why 5 ball wasn't uncommon back in the day on tables like this. Another thing to extend play is to master the plunger shot to enter either the cellar hole or attic VUK.

Is it just me, or does the Monster Bonus display show garbled digits to anyone else? Just like in case of Medusa...
It was said that this is caused by UVP, but I deactivated UVP (and reset Hidden = 0) and the display still shows messed-up numbers most of the time...

Also, during a few games it happened twice that the ball fell under the playfield and didn't reappear. If I remember correctly, this happened after playing upstairs but I'm not certain.
I could even see it rolling under the playfield through the hole that kicks the ball back after it drains from the cellar. It was rolling around there but never made it back to the main playfield. Nudging didn't help, had to exit the table.

I noticed that the left flipper on the upper playfield got much smaller compared to the beta. I suppose that's the way it is in the real game...

It is interesting that in the FS version the tip of the flippers in the cellar isn't visible but it is in the desktop version. Generally speaking, I think the cellar visibility is somehow better in the desktop version.

For some reason, the desktop version seems to look more "natural" than the FS.
As an example: at the bottom of the table, the 'Goodbye' text is completely visible in desktop but partially covered by the apron in FS. Since the playfield was a redraw and a view from directly above the table, you'd think that this would be the other way around. But I have no idea about building a table so I'm sure there is a reason for this.

Great table btw... thanks a lot for all who were involved in this recreation.

For me, it's just very slight, but it's there.

I can't imagine how much work went into this table. I played, or better yet, fed this game too many quarters at the Ritz theater, in Malvern Ark, as a kid.

I've played a bunch of games, and have had the ball get stuck a few times, in two different areas.

One was under the upper right ramp. I hit a weak shot up the ramp, didn't make the upper playfield, and it fell under the ramp.

The other one was, I hit a pretty weak shot at the secret passage, in the middle of the lower playfield, and it also got stuck.

I also have UVP going with it, not a stutter at all. Thank you JP for this amazing table!!! Once again, I can't fathom the hours you put into this.
