Category: VP 9.x B2S Cabinet Tables (B2S)

Author(s): starman, rosve (B2S)

Description:
Flipperless skill table with unique devices.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Jigglebox (2004 - 2012) V 1.2 FS + B2S - original table by starman
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A flipperless skill table.

Idea, concept, design, script, graphics and sound/music edited by starman.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Thanks to rosve for the B2S implementation!
If you do not want the backglass to be started automatically, edit the table script and change the line:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Please note: Because all of the ads are be shown at the playfield area, a second screen (B2S) is not absolutely necessary
but all the better if a second monitor is available
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Thanks to unclewilly for testing the cabinet version, especially the allocation and functionality of the related buttons.
Thanks since the 2004 VP6 Version...
...to Bendigo for the gobble hole code.
...to tiltjlp for playtesting and suggestions as well as editing the rules, announcements, feedback and release text (2004 version).
Last but not least I'd like to thank the forum community at VP Forums for all their help and suggestions.
A separate thank you goes to Karen Helene Jensen for the nice "carmencita" font which is used for the JB letters!
Unfortunately, the gremlins slammed shut.
The error happened, when the " c " key will be pressed twice.
I did a typo.
Please, change in the script line 136 : Stopdsound"GO7" - - -> Stopsound"GO7" - sorry!
Attached File  script_error_line136.jpg   80.79KB   10 downloads
Tested for so long and still have a fault. Sh .... happens.
Should work now.
Thanks!
The typo-removed-version 1.3 is already uploaded.
I know flipperless isn't very popular. The table has no flippers though but it's amazingly entertaining.
In case of JB I'm not tired to play again and again even.
BTW: The media pack is already available ---> JB - MEDIAPACK
For those who are not interested in the complete media pack perhaps might still be interested on ...
Attached File  JiggleBox_flyer_front.jpg   173.92KB   26 downloads
The front shows how the table would look like in real. Namely with a new type of levers instead of flipper buttons
Attached File  JiggleBox_flyer_back.jpg   130.88KB   31 downloads
Especially on the flyer backside you can watch an overview of the functions of JB.
Wow, this is great! I was longing for some FS knock-arounds and this delivered in spades. Real drama and big payoffs. It also looks superb.
Installed and played it a few times today, it is a very entertaining high quality table and is a nice diversion from the usual pinball tables. Might try some other flipperless tables as well. This one at least is a lot more entertaining than I expected. Nice job, thanks.
Great work. Works fine on my MiniCab with and without B2S in VP9. Shows a black screen (and hangs) on Hyperpin with B2S=False. Tried to figure out what went wrong, but have no clue? Can anybody please help?
Thanx
Thanks for nice comments, guys!
Pinkrauty,
regarding the B2S + HP issue I quote rosve:
"Works just fine in HP if you make sure that the VPT file and the Bg.exe have the same name.
So, rename the backglass to "Jigglebox_1.3_FS_B2S" and it's ok."
Hope that helps.
Enjoy
