Thank you Rosve, you're getting better and better. Haven't played the FS but the WS plays great.

Thanks.

I spent quite some time tuning this table and I think it plays really well.

Now my summer vacation has finally arrived so I won't be doing much pinballing for a couple of weeks. Too busy barbequing and relaxing.

Hi and thanks very much for this !

I have two little observations to make though (again, please consider this to be feedback, not ungratefulness...)
-On my Dipsy Doodle (which I no longer have), it was possible to keep the ball on an upp'ed flipper, the ball wouldnt go through the opening, it seems to be too wide on this recreation.
-The center bumper (the 1000 when lit one) was red, not purple.

Anyway, thanks again for doing this !

Anyone have a wheel image and backglass for Hyperpin for this table?

I don't know if I can upload it to the vpf upload section, but here is one I quickly made from the backglass :

It is not very pretty, but does the job.

What's wrong with the PrintScreen button to get backglass and table images?

THanks for wheel image, my keyboard in cab print screen button is broke. I got around it by using a screen shot program that I can map alt keys to.

I am getting a "line:0 (null)" script error.

WS version works fine for me.

What does X/Y "position" refer to? is that the same as X/Y "size"? -- I do want the BG full screen on my 2nd monitor.

Thanks,
Jamo

I am getting a "line:0 (null)" script error too.
It has something to do with the backglass call, as when I comment it out the table loads and playes on monitor 1 fine.

I tried the Honey release and it works fine with the B2S.

I tried adding Option Explicit to narrow down the section, but it errors right away. Something is not defined I imagine.

DipsyDoodly_FS_B2S.exe displays the backglass on my second monitor correctly (I modified screenres.txt).

JAM0 here is my screenres.txt
My monitor 1 is backglass, monitor 2 is widescreen display
Monitor 2 is 1680x1050, monitor 1 is 1280x1024. I want backglass on monitor 1.

I ran the B2S_Debug on the screenres.txt and Sonic Faces backglass showed up.
It appears this is part of the debug, but it displayed perfectly.

The log is exactly the same as another working table (Honey_FS_B2S), but I can't run the dipsy doodle table.
The backglass displays fine if I run the DipsyDoodly_FS_B2S.exe, but it won't run in the table script.

Any ideas?

The name of the backglass in the LaunchBackglass doesn't match the name of the exe file.

If the file is "DipsyDoodle_FS_B2S.EXE" then LaunchBackglass must look like this:
LaunchBackGlass "DipsyDoodle_FS_B2S", True

Rosve, does this version 1.2 work for you? facepalm.gif

I verified the name of the backglass exe matches the launch command. I was referring to the B2S_Debug.
The call is correct in the script and it still errors out.

LaunchBackGlass "DipsyDoodle_FS_B2S", True

I think it's just a typo in the original zip file.
The table works fine, but first you have to change the B2S file name from

DipsyDoodly_FS_B2S.exe -> DipsyDoodle_FS_B2S.exe

At first I also get the line "0" error.
Thanks Roger, nice table - though the reels are from a Bally machine.
Coincidentally, I search for nice Bally reels for my "Four Million BC" project.
Can you please send me those. that would be very friendly.

Servus
Walter

Have it all working correctly now -- thanks luvthatapex, starman and rosve!

Edit: I noticed the WS version B2S EXE file name is also DipseyDoodly -- I changed it and it to DipsyDoodle and it gave me the line "0" error -- so I changed it back and it works on my 2nd screen, but not full-screen. It is about 1/4 screen in the upper left corner.
