File Name: Alphabetical Listing of VPM tables w/Links to Tutorials

File Submitter: ta2686

File Submitted: 19 Mar 2011

File Category: Tutorials

Excel Spreadsheet listing of all emulated VPM tables with links to replay, balls per game and volume adjustment tutorials.

Here is an Excel Spreadsheet I have created which has a listing in alphabetical order of tables that have been emulated in VPM. This listing includes:

Table Name
Manuafacturer
MPU (Master Processing Unit)

This Spreadsheet also includes links to the appropriate tutorial for replay adjustments, balls per game adjustments and volume adjustments. If there is a blank space in the sheet for a table for a certain tutorial that means that there is no tutorial associated with that table for that adjustment.

This has been created in Excel 97-2003 format, so it should also be able to be viewed with Excel 2007 and Excel 2010. If, however, you do not have Excel on your computer, you can download the free Microsoft Excel Viewer from their website.

Here is the link to the download page for the Excel Viewer: http://www.microsoft...;displaylang=en

Feedback is appreciated and encouraged.

Thanks to GSGregg and hgpinball for evaulating and providing feedback to the prototype of this sheet.

Enjoy!

Update - Version 1.1.0

Added Geiger conversion kits Magic Eight, Dino Turbo and Race Stars (not recreated yet)

Update - Version 1.2.0

Added Valley Spectra IV

Update - Version 1.3.0

Added Year of Manufacture based on IPDB info

Update - Version 1.4.0

Added Playmatic tables Big Town and Party plus Christian Tabart's conversion kit L'Hexagone

Update - Version 1.5.0

Added Inder table Screech, Playmatic table Space Gambler and Sonic table Solar Wars

Update - Version 1.6.0

I know it has been quite a long time since I updated this.  I have now fixed the links in the spreadsheet to point to the newly restored tutorials in the tutorial section.  I also know that I have missed new additions to the emulated table family.  If someone can provide me a list of all the newly emulated tables since Nov. 2011 I would appreciate it and add them to this spreadsheet and the tutorials.

Update - Version 1.7.0

Finally got around to updating this!  Added IDSA tables Basketball and V-1, Peyper table Sir Lancelot and Data East table King Kong (not yet created)

Thanks!

Updated spreadsheet!

Added 3 Geiger conversion kits - Magic Eight, Dino Turbo and Race Stars. Race Stars, however, has not been recreated yet in VP. According to IPDB, Race Stars is a conversion kit for Bally's Evel Knievel, so references for this table are to the Bally 17 and 35 tutorials in the sheet.

Have fun!

Thanks DedRok! Appreciate the comment.

It also helps to have this information in an Access database. That way I can produce reports, spreadsheets, etc. using whatever criteria I need and in the format I need to have it in.

Updated spreadsheet!

There is now a column in the spreadsheet which shows the year of table manufacture. The year of manufacture is taken from the IPDB information available, or in the case of some tables taken from the Table Info section of the downloaded table. There are a couple of tables where the year of manufacture was not available either on the IPDB or the Table Info. If you can verify the year of manufacture of those tables, please PM me the information and I will update the spreadsheet again.

Enjoy!

Update - Version 1.6.0 (finally!!)

Finally got around to fixing the links in the spreadsheet so that they now point to the newly restored tutorials.

I realize I haven't added any newly emulated tables for quite a while.  I just haven't had the time to be on the forums in recent months (OK, over a year!).  I would appreciate if someone would provide me with a list of newly emulated tables (tables that gave been emulated since my last update in Nov. 2011) so that they can be included in a future update.

Thanks and enjoy!

I am using Firefox. Might be on my end. I will try on IE.

Just tried IE and same result.

You can see that I am signed in upper right corner.

capture23_t.png

and this is with Firefox..

capture24_t.png

I have the 2nd to last one you made so I am good here.

Can anyone else here confirm that the spreadsheet download is working for them?

Maybe this needs approval first?

My Table uploads can be downloaded by me before they are approved, but anybody else who trys to download or even go to the download page will get the same error message as this is giving, until it goes through the approval process.
