I can get everything to load fine, but I can't launch the ball far enough to get onto the playfield! I pull the plunger all the way back and it stalls right at the top. Also none of my DOF stuff seems to be working, I did just transfer all my pinballX stuff into my old visual pinball folder though. Maybe I goofed up my DOF settings doing that. I haven't tried any of my old tables.

you're running in VP10 ? that (too much friction) sounds like you might not be....

I am, though when I installed VP10 it seems to have goofed up my whole installation because now none of my other tables load because they can't find the roms now. So I'm going to goof around with it some more this evening and see what happens.

Okay, so I got all my VP 9.9x tables and DOF working good and installed a couple other VPX tables. All the VPX tables seem to have WAY too much gravity. On my medieval madness the ball will actually swerve mid table and fly down the drain. This probably isn't the right topic for this, but what settings do I need to change to make it so it doesn't play like the table is tipped forward?

You need to change the deadzone of your nudge device in VPX, if you search that term you should get on the right track. I don't remember the correct setting off the top of my head

I just unplugged my mot-ion because it is always being a jerk and the table worked great! I think I need to get a different kind of plunger. My mot-ion hates me.

I'm late, I'm going to install this table for the very first time and it is the same for ultradmd.

So before I start I would like to ask if the install guide for UltraDMD from page 1 is still valid? Or did things change in the meantime?

Thanks in advance.

I use a dedicated monitor for the DMD in a 3 screen cab

Hi,

the table is fun like it but have the same error sound effekts ok but no music. when i play the VP9 version music and sound is fine.

Any suggestions please?

karlson

Thank you for this table :)

I have an issue with the music though... I don't have any! The music folder is in my VP folder and the mp3 files for AMH are in there but I hear no music.

I have sound effects (speech etc) working fine (I even got UltraDMD working after a bit of a battle) but no music.

Any suggestions please?

Can anyone help with my 'no music' issue please?

I also have no music although unlike Jim (above), I get no error messages. Can anyone help us please? :)

Everything is working fine for me except the music.  I downloaded all the music and placed it in the appropriate file, but when I hit the start button,  I get a message that says:

BASS music/sound library initialization error 23

Followed by a message that says:

BASS music/sound library cannot load C:\Program Files (x86)\Visual Pinball\Music\bgout_M2.mp3

Any suggestions?

Jim

I also get this. The sound effects play but the music wont. Ive tried going into the music menu and can't figure out how to get it working. I'm trying to get it going on my laptop and both music and sound effects are set to the same source. Any suggestions? thanks

still can't get it to work. both are set to the primary sound driver which works fine for every other table. the wav sound effects work but the mp3 music won't.

I was wondering if anyone got around to a way to adjust the volume as well. I think someone once mentioned editing the individual sound files but I was hoping someone found a better way. (Or could confirm that worked.)

I do know initially there were difficulties in being able to do this and I don't know if they ever got resolved.
