I have the DT version. However message #12 in the DT link by the author, Fuzzel, says:

It's the FS version but check the table information there you will find the desktop backdrop settings. This version is a much more advanced version of the table."

OK, I found the DT info in the FS Table Info.

 

There's a partial Centaur logo in the upper left corner when converting to DT. I looked in the Backdrop editing screen & could not find anything for this. How can I delete this? I took the Background image from the original DT version & used it in the FS to DT version in order to dress it up a bit. But that Centaur logo lays on top of it.

 

There seems to be a sound difference between the DT and FS versions. The DT has reverb/echo/stereo sound when the ball hits the pop bumpers at the top of the playfield. It's kind of neat because it's different. Is there a setting to make the FS version have this sound?

Open the chosen or recommended Editor; click Table and Table Info and voila!
