I haven't played the table lately. I'll test it with the latest VPX 10.2 beta, since it has never crashed while I was building it it.

As always, amazing stuff!

She throws me an error on line 262 (null) when in multiball and one ball is going behind the saucer.

Was able to replicate.

I'll take a look and I'll see if I can reproduce the error.

I can reproduce it, and I have cheated adding multiballs manually and adding new balls with the mouse.

But I see the routine that gives you the error, and it's the kicker animation routine. I have a fast cpu that's maybe why I can't reproduce the error. But in your case you may remove that routine and replace it with one without the animation of the ball going into the hole. This will remove that error. So Find these lines, select them and hit delete:

Dim bBall

Sub sw37_Hit
    PlaySound "fx_balldrop", 0, 1, 0.1, 0.25
    Set bBall = ActiveBall:Me.TimerEnabled = 1
    bsR.AddBall 0
    Me.Enabled = 0
End Sub

Sub sw37_Timer
    Do While bBall.Z > -25
        bBall.Z = bBall.Z -5
        Exit Sub
    Loop
    Me.DestroyBall
    Me.TimerEnabled = 0
    Me.Enabled = 1
End Sub

The cut & paste this line:

Sub sw37_Hit:PlaySound "fx_kicker_enter", 0, 1, 0.1, 0.25:bsR.AddBall Me:End Sub

Greetings

JP

like Totan, and probably all the other JP table updates, but only implemented these 2 so far, here's the update to make rgb undercab running

Sub UpdateGI(no, step)
    Dim gistep, ii, a
    gistep = step / 8
    DOF 200, gistep
    Select Case no
        Case 0
            For each ii in aGiLLights
                ii.IntensityScale = gistep
            Next
        Case 1
            For each ii in aGiMLights
                ii.IntensityScale = gistep
            Next
        Case 2 ' also the bumpers er GI
            For each ii in aGiTLights
                ii.IntensityScale = gistep
            Next
    End Select
End Sub

I see there are some subtle physics changes from the last version. This really plays fantastically now, it has such a great flow. Thank you so much for an amazing recreation of my favourite table :)

@JPSalas: I don't think this happens only on slow computers. Managed to crash the table while playing the weekly challenge. Doesn't happen often though.

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

The game code is identical to what is already supported in VPinMAME. One difference is that there are high quality sound samples, perhaps sourced from the original digital masters. I've already written a tutorial for AFMr as well as MMr on how to access the samples for use with PinSound support (SoundMode=1). They are available on another site.

UPDATED:

1.3.0 Updated 02.02.2019
- added SSF sound scripts and changed some mechanical sounds.
- changed environment image to enhance chrome metals
- changed materials
- changed ufo textures
- changed flashers
- changed flipper physics and appearance
- removed old photoshop lights and make them only with VPX lights.
- changed ramps since they were very hard to make
- changed the lock ball gate to use a "flipper" for movement.
- changed fading script to my new one (or older actually :) ), with simpler flasher fading. Although this table uses the modulated flashers.

More or less is just a small change in the same way I did for Elvis.
