Try downloading the one in the middle.(As seen in pic.) The other 2 are PM5 tables and need PM5.exe to run them correctly.

 

When you run a PM5 table with regular VP9.exe, you will get same behaviour, and alot of tables the ball wont come out into plunger lane.

Just be sure to use PM5.exe for PM5 tables.

Use VP9.exe for VP9 tables.

 

Here is PM5.exe if you can't find it here on site. (I actually couldn't find it, which is why I am leaving personal link.). Copy unzipped file to your visual pinball folder.(Where your other EXE's are.)

Thanks, was just about to post almost the same thing after I figured it out, I already had Physmod5 and added it to my pinball X like in this thread

Now need to figure out the nudge settings as the ball goes flying with a table bump
