I have just played the UW/Noah's 4/3 version and the physics is really good. I don't think that mine is that different, but it's a bit slower (which is not necessarily bad). The thing which makes the table harder for me is the fact that the 4/3 angle makes difficult to use the gun. I noticed that the slingshots were more killer that mine, so I will increase the strength wink.gif
I think it will be very easy to make the table harder... It's always very easy to make a table harder if we really want ahah rofl.gif

Amazing table Tipoto. I still can't believe this is VP.

I'm running into the same issue where the table crashes as soon as the ball gets locked into the gun. I believe it may be an issue with the gun animation, as it never goes off and promptly crashes right after it gets loaded.

Here is the error I'm receiving:

Subscript out of range

Tipoto, Great table! Really shows off how great a VP table can look. I will always show this table to any new people come over to play VP. Thanks so much for allowing me to play with the betas back when you released the YouTube video. Tipoto, just top notch work, really nice having easy editing of script for various settings. Just take a deep bow, you deserve it!

My understanding is that if you set the min and max slope to the same number, the global difficulty has no bearing...

That being said, the default was set to 7.1, 7.1, 1 therefore, i changed mine to 8,7,1 and it plays much much harder...

Hopefully this helps with physics questions.

This looks and plays amazing. Love the ball reflections as well.

A benchmark masterpiece. Congrats tip!

I've always been terrible at this game, so I'm enjoying some vengeance right now smile.gif Seriously though, those flippers are so gorgeous. I feel weird saying that about rendered images of flippers, but it's true. Really, the whole thing is just amazing. Thanks so much for this, Tipoto.

Absolutely amazing looking table, I love it.
Had a bit of stutter but I disabled UVP and now it plays ultra smooth.

I agree with the fact that the table is a bit on the easy side, but an awesome work nonetheless.

Congrats T.

I'm running @ 1366x768 & experience the same resolution issues as arcade4 (i know it's made for 1080p), but very awesome table buddy. Just wish it worked in low res without the graphics lines & such. I've said it before, can't believe how freakin' real it looks & plays great too, amazing job! otvclap.gif Gun animation working here, with no crash on my laptop

Same here...looks awesome, plays great, but crashes at line 1730 every time. The sound and the rom carry on, and the gear motor locks on in a loop. The gun never even turns on the screen for me.

If I can get it to work, it'll definitely take a permanent place in the cab.

Thanks for the hard work.

I set the min and max with the same value on purpose. If you change the slope, a lot of things are not working anymore as it should.
I will work tonight on an update with new settings and a harder gameplay and readjust everything.

I never managed to hit this score Groni, you are probably very good wink.gif
But don't worry, if I need to change the physic, I will do it. I prefer to wait a little bit to have different comments about that and waiting for potential bugs, and I will release an update if necessary.
And yes, if you try to change the physic by yourself, it's gonna be tough because a lot of things are dependant each others (4 layers of flippers, sounds working with timer, invisible walls working with timer etc...)
So, my advise is to avoid playing with PINemHI until a new version is released, otherwise the highscores will be done with different physics.

The table looks absolutely INCREDIBLE.

I won't lie, though. I was really disappointed you changed the physics from our version. Of all the tables I've done, I think I nailed T2 best of all.

I hope you move back toward those, if you do an update. This table should be difficult. Sandro must be a madman on this table to think it's easy.

I agree Noah i thought your version had the physics spot on, just chang them to match Noahs table lol None the less amazing job tipoto cant wait to get it in my cab!

Fantastic table! Great table reflection, lighting and plastic. I was thinking a lot this past week about what I'd love to see come to VP and this brings the ball reflection (the other would be a more realistic saucer - the magnet physics are great and I was hoping someone could could that type of wobble). Another wish is core plunger support.

I also had the ball stutter when using the UVP. Wondering if anyone using UVP has smooth play? Would it have anything to do with how the table updates timers? I just took a screen cap of my backboard lit up and plugged it into the HyperPin.

Thanks again!

I agree that the table is a little easy.

But the graphics are far the best i ever saw in VP. Those lights and ramps are simply perfect! (What is future pinball? Heh) smile.gif

However the txt file says it works only on 1920*1080. I play in 1680*1050 and not find any graphic error, everything looks perfect at first check.
Damn i have to go to work, i will hurry to get home to play this beauty.

Did it crash immediately or the ball moved into the gun before?

Ball goes in. Cycles you and you can't fire the gun then it crashes and goes backto the editor.

I agree, graphics are top notch, but FP has been doing lighting & graphics like this for more than a few years. Glad to see VP finally catch up, in that department. Played more of this tonight, i think table plays fine the way it is, but won't complain if you update it. Any way possible this table could render correctly in lesser resolutions, & why 1080 dependency?

For the people having the issue when the ball goes into the gun, 2 questions:

- Could you try with a clean nvram? (Backup your current nvram to another folder and launch the table)
- Is your VPinball.exe clean or is it patched? (for increase the ram for example)

This issue is a known issue but it happened rarely and I thought that I fixed it :/

Here is a video that Gear323 did during the tests:

Does the table crash exactly the same way?
Thanks!
