For starters you could stop quoting everything. rolleyes.gif

Can you take a screenshot? It is not easy to know which images are without a screenshot of what you see.

JP,
this is your older vp9FS.
click on the screenshot.
look at the left and right side of the table.
looks like hats in the plunger, and upper ramps blocking the ball.
i looked.
they are not in the table image window or backdrop options window.

select Australia for pricing since all our pinballs in the 90's were a $1 per game.

if you play this fantastic JP table with the new dx9 betas you will notice the spinners on left and right ramp turn black when hit

i found out that the back of the spinner1 and spinner2 have no bmp assigned to them

for a quick fix i just exported the wiregate_long.bmp from imagemanager to desktop.

opened it up with paint and made the whole thing just black (RGB 0,0,0) and saved it as wiregate_long_back.bmp

then i imported it again via imagemanager and set the transparency of this "back-card" to RGB 0,0,0

then go to spinner1 and spinner2 and assign it to the back of the spinner.

now it looks perfect again :)

Hello JP,

fantastic table - fantastic recreation!!! A big thank you to you. Yesterday night we have had an issue a little in line with some posts here in the tread, a little:

Attached File  The Flintstones - caught at dead end.jpg   111.99KB   9 downloads

from this state (the table reached after multi ball action) is no escape, we must left the table.

Maybe you can add a timer- controlled routine to kick the ball to one or both side lanes?

only a suggestion...

we played 1.02FS on VP992

Cheers, Christian

I think this Flintstones theme is appropriate. From the movie's soundtrack even.

Overall, a neato table that will be the first table I can install soon.

That's an old table :) I think there are several newer mods which has been more tested with VP992. I guess I build that table for the original VP9. I have not tested it with VP992. And for now I have no plans to update it.

This applies to all the tables with a vpinmame dmd.

Find in the script:

.Games(cGameName).Settings.Value("rol") = 1

and change it to

.Games(cGameName).Settings.Value("rol") = 0

rol means "rotate to the left"

1 is "ok, do it"

0 is ""nope, keep it normal"

Usually the FS tables has the value of 1, but it all depends on where you want to put the dmd. Many poeple move the dmd to another screen, so they maybe want the dmd with the 0 setting.

And if a script does not have that setting/line , then simply add it if you want to rotate the dmd  :)
