That's no bug. The debug window is modal and stops the player, as noted in my previous post. The is currently no other way to solve that, sorry.

..but you cant go back to the table to resume play .. (as freneticamnesic also mentions)

I have a question for the designers. What graphics card drivers are you using? I assume you are all using Nvidia cards. It seems smart to use the same drivers you are using.

i know but problem is most probably the vbs script, not the table itself, and this is where i can be listened, if that one has a problem, surely others have

Feature request: it would be awesome if we could export and import multiple materials at a time!

Unfortunately i do not have a clue what that error should mean.. Could you try with older script versions to see when it broke, please?

You already can do that. Just select a few materials and click export, and the selected materials will be exported to one file. Later you can import that file and all the materials will be imported.

If this is not what you want, then you'll need to explain it a little better.

What if you have several individual materials that you want to import?  For instance, people keep a collection of materials (like a material palette) in a folder that they commonly use and they want to select and import several at a time.

All you need to do is open a new table. Open the material manager. Delete all the exhisting materials.

Import all your materials individually.
Then select them all. Export them to a folder.

Then on any table you can import them all at once from that one file

"it will all be ok in the end, if it's not ok, it's not the end"

After reading many questions from new players about how to change brightness levels on a table in VPX (I'm sure you guys have all read a bunch of those same questions) I'm wondering if changing the description of the "day/night" slider to simply read "brightness" or "day/night (brightness)" would be more clear as to its function, and possibly help head off at least some of those questions.

Good insight but is day and night really so counter intuitive? lol....I guess

Fuzzel,

Not sure if you saw it in another thread, but I think there is a BUG when the ball falls through a hole in the PF, to an under playfield subway. If there is any object EG: wall, ramp or prim under a fall through hall, the ball dropping speed is very slow. Remove the object from underneath the fall through hole, the ball falls at a rate, very realistically.

Anything we can do about this?

To you and me... no, but there seems to be a lot of questions about it.  It seemed like it might be a very, very easy change to make to help people figure it out.
