This is awesome dblthumb.gif any chance of WS/FS B2S version, or at least settings for WS? Nice present Bob Worship.gif

Thanks for the comments. I am currently playing around with lots of FS tables. I will release an update to the regular VPM Spider-man table after Christmas, but I doubt if I will release this Christmas table in different views, even this table won't be available after Christmas as the regular FS table will be uploaded in its slot.

Thanks Gunner, this game is a lot of fun after you play it for awhile and get a feeling for the layout. I try to knock down the right targets as those light the Free Ball for the center targets. There are lots of options to choose from by pressing F6 to change the dips.

I bet it is a lot more fun to have a cab when you have kids or someone to play against heads up, compared to someone like me who just plays VP by themselves.

You have backglass for it, and FD said he will make uvp also, but it's not difficult to change the other uvp to fit new backglass.

Bob this is a great table. Too bad it won't be available after christmass. There are some great improvements in game play - ball looks very bouncy now - more like real pin - it reminds me a little on bouncyness of rawd's triple strike which is also very bouncy and very real table.

I would love to see some guidelines from you or from RAWD - what did you do to tune bouncyness, how did you tune it, what do you set first, and then what.

I know I can check all settings and copy them over - but question is in what order to tune them to get the desired result?

Most of the bounciness you see is just a higher elasticity settings in the walls that the ball hit. You will notice the top posts outer wall has an elasticity of 8, where the lower post walls are a little less. One of the problems is hitting a post with ball shot from the flipper, making it return too fast, even this can be combated by making the post with 2 walls, a top half post with high elasticity and a bottom half post with lower elasticity.

I get bored rather fast, so I wasn't totally happy with the flipper settings on this table. I just try to make the tables fun for myself. Feel free to post any settings or suggestions for us to try. A nice Christmas Backglass would be nice or even a Christmas B2S or UVP backglass, but I am finished with this one for this year.

After Christmas, the table will be replace with a new FS Amazing Spider-man table. I like to update my tables from time to time and having tons of tables and versions to update makes VP seem more like a job than a hobby. If I could, I would remove all of my really old tables from the internet as many of them are quite embarrassing. smile.gif

Looks like I may need a push in the right direction on this one.
I am trying to run this table on my cabinet without UVP, assuming that is possible.
Since there is no media pack for this table I have pieced together my own.
I now have the wheel image showing up on my Hyperpin wheel and the table will load and play just fine.
However I can not make the backglass or playfiel image show up while selecting the table.
I have tried every naming option I can think of, but I must be missing something important.
Any ideas appreciated.
The table plays great, but I hate the black screens on the selection wheel.

Me too!

Also I love learning about the history of VP (since I am a late-comer to it) so I am glad all of these old tables are still available.

Hey bob, i'd love a B2S as well, espcially with Spider-Man sporting his santa hat on the backglass dblthumb.gif

I'm sure rosve will get around to it when he has time. Or maybe wait until he does one for the regular table & switch playfield/backdrop images

That sounds easy and you would think you could do that, but a B2S exe can't be altered by the user, only the guy who created it can make changes unless they send you their project. Another reason why we need the VP backdrop to be allowed to display on a second monitor.

You asked for it and the Amazing Rosve delivers it right to your front door.

A NEW B2S Christmas Backglass with a working LED score display.

I am amazed! Very cool stuff. smile.gif

That is fantastic. Can't wait to try it.
Although I still need to figure out why my static playfield and backglass image do not show up on my hyperpin wheel.
At least now the backglass will show up when I start the table.
