For original reskins with MP3s, I have to give a nod to HauntFreak's Ramones table. It's a reskin of Fireball and that seems appropriately retro. The Ramones music is the ultimate in proto-punk and even the MP3s are very lo-fi sounding. Very well themed if you are, say, my age. Or you just appreciate great music.
Other great original music tables:
Blood Machines -- Even better with the optional MP3 purchase from bandcamp.com (apx. US$5 or 5 of your local currency units in much of the world.) It also happens to be one of the finest table creations from the VPinWorkship.
Bubblegum Crisis MegaTokyo 2035 -- Honorable mention for a VP9 -- A cyberpunk anime-themed table with good use of the original soundtrack. An oldie and quite unique. The original VP8 table from Neo goes back to 2011.
Rapid Vienna -- My last honorable mention for a VP9 -- I never miss an opportunity to recommend this unique football (soccer) table. The use of callouts, crowd noise and music snippets is really top notch. Non-footy fans may not realize how much music (including sing-alongs) is tied into the culture of the sport. The gameplay sells itself. There are defenders roaming around the pitch, er, playfield.
A lot of the altsound-enhanced tables sort of qualify as music tables. I love the altsound snippets of music provided for The Simpsons Pinball Party, for example.
More on topic, my favorite band table is the LUCI take on AC/DC Premium. The theming and playflow of the table are very fun. The music is just icing on the cake for a guy who turned 21 the year that Back in Black was released.
EDIT: I haven't experienced a Foo Fighters yet, but that looks very promising.
