If I use the ROM (pistlpkr), I get this message every time I start the table, but then, it seems to work :hmm:

yeah ive seen that, i think when they fixed the flasher bugs in pinmame they used pstlpkr1 or pstlpkr2.

I recommend using either of those.

*Edit
im talking rubbish...pstlpkr is the r02 version.

in that case id try the r01 version, that's what i use.

Now that i think about it there were a few people that had problems with the r02 rom in testing, i just tested it here with r02 and don't get that error.

maybe there's a dodgy version of the r02 rom, perhaps the one from this site

I understood the rules now ;-), and gameplay including backglass works like a charm for me. Great table, looks nice, plays well and is a lot of fun!!! Thank you for creating and sharing!

Ive seen this happen a few times in testing, most of the people with problems didn't have pinmame 3.4 installed correctly and we fixed it by properly installing 3.4.
Ive never had a problem with either rom but kept it at r01 because people seemed to have less issues with it.

what i should have asked batch is what version does pinmame say when pressing f1 > info and are the flashers working?

ahhh now it all becomes clear.
you need 3.4 for the flashers to work and with 3.3 you will also see that error message.
sorry batch, i should have asked those questions in the first place

No problem, thanks to you for your replies !

Now, my question is, where can I find version 3.4 ?

sometimes the ball disappears below the playfield (when the ball drops out to the plunger and at the same you pull the plunger - just happened that the ball rolled back from the plungerlane to the left and then disappeared, too - ball rolling sound goes on and on. Had to exit VPX then)

theres sth really stange going on with the plunger. Ive placed a wall on top of the playfield (height1) and sideways left of the plunger. Theres no way for the ball to go. But it still happens the ball falls to the left if the plunger is pulled and then disappears, ball rolling sound going on and on - exit VPX. Unfortunately this is a showstopper for this great table. No one else with this problem?

I have tried to reproduce your ball disappearing problem, and nothing so far has shown the problem.

I have opened the table in 10.6 and 10.7.

FS and DT view.

Pulled plunger before ball is ejected into plunger lane, and left plunger alone while ball is ejected into plunger lane.

Plunge ball halfway up plunger lane and let it come back down to plunger.

Unchecked Enable Mechanical Plunger, Checkmarked Auto Plunger.

The ball never disappears for me.

Great table!!

Thanks to all who had a helping hand in this treasure!!

Carry on.
