Correct.

 

Looking back at your DOFLinx.INI you have the section set up for nudging from a Pinscape controller, which you do not have.  That section is:

FX_LEFT_NUDGE_POINT=-2500
FX_RIGHT_NUDGE_POINT=2500

FX_RIGHT_NUDGE_KEY=52
FX_FORWARD_NUDGE_KEY=20

Simply delete or comment all of these lines out with a #
