Thank you for your herculean effort to awake this classic digital pinball to new life! I had always the dream to see it in a cabinet version. Hopefully it will be also for the team behind the new "Timeshock!" an extra stimulus to finally release their long awaited own cabinet pinball versions.

RYSr,
I was puzzled by this, also, until I figured out that the ball launch button works. Give it a try!

please download the latest VPX minimal installation or VPin 9.9.2. Within the Scripts folder/archive there is the new controller.vbs. Copy this file (and all the updated scripts too) into Your Scripts folder.
Thx for advice! ![]()
....I changed the VBS stuff
... and it worked!!!!!!

Yesterday I installed The Web V0.9, just to play it on my Cab ... but now I go for the V 1.1 with the VBS stuff

Hi Newer,
please check Your "..\User\controller.txt" file. Maybe You have answered the DOF questions with "Yes" and now the sounds are disabled.
If You have not installed the DOF gear, please set all the six UseDOFxxx options to "0" within this file.

Hi WiiMoritz,
I have started a VPX conversion, but I am not happy with the playfield lighting. It either comes out too dark or too shiny, when switching from FS to DT mode. A second thing is, that the flippers have no speed setting anymore in VPX, so it is quite hard to get the skill shot working.
At the moment I have some new Spanish pins to decypher but I will come back to the VPX version for sure.
So no Physmod but VPX some day.
Regards
Michael

Place the GIFs (the ultradmd files) in your Visual Pinball\Tables folder
Hi, I do have xdmd installed and working for a couple tables but don't recall where the ultra dmd files go. been a while. Where do the png files go?
Obviously, keep them in the folder (The Web.UltraDMD)

Hi Gromit,
here is the link. You have to search for "the_web" (with underscore), otherwise You will receive too many results:
