Thanks for an updated Elvis, its appreciated. I instantly gave it a try and the result isn't to shabby I think. See http://www.vpforums....c=1623&page=139

Good job guys, once again :)

Elvis I always thought was underrated as well. That's why when JP updated this table a few months back, I knew sooner or later I wanted to do a night mod.

I really tried to make this play like the real machine I play on. I hope you all like the settings :)

Make sure you guys try making the GI "white" as well...it also looks pretty cool. This was a cool idea Teppo added.

I built the FP version of Elvis, and, I'll be honest, I play JP's more. I'm excited to give this one a go.

This is awesome news and I just got a real Elvis pinball a couple of weeks ago.

The reason I got it was because of JP's awesome version of this table.

And now to have it even better with so many options is fantastic.

Sure, it will never beat the real table, but it is fun to play and compare anyway.

Can't wait to try it out.

Finally had a chance to try this one out. This one seems way darker than all the rest, at least to me.

The BMPR is awesome. Thanks for including it in this release. :)

I had JP version playing just the ROM sounds, but can't seem to duplicate with this version.

I changed the script to a 1 but it now seems to be playing both ROM sounds and sampled sounds together.

How do I shut off the Sampled sounds completely?

To turn of the sampled sounds -> comment out "Tracksounds" from the gametimer sub:

Sub GameTimer
'TrackSounds
    RollingSound
End Sub

I didn't play Elvis lately, but yesterday I wanted to play but the flippers acting strange.

Or they don't react or they stick upwards when you push the buttons.

It's not only this Elvis Night Mod VP916 but also the normal Elvis VP912.

And it happens with VPinball 990 but also with 921.

Does anyone have the same problem or is it just me ? And maybe a workaround or an update for those tables ?

That is a b2s problem.. make sure to go into settings run in exe mode and turn off parts you not using save then close it out and restart the table.

Hmmm...strange. Before I had no problems with Elvis. Didn't change any of those B2s settings, except hide grill and DMD.

But indeed, I've started the table without B2S and no problems.

I tried different settings but the problem stays. I don't know if I do it correctly, cause it's not clear when a setting is on or off ??

Is there somewhere a registry or something where you can reset a b2s config ?

PS. found this page http://www.vpforums....showtopic=23366 but still don't know what to change

If you have 3 screens.. start it up with db2s hide grill then hide b2s dmd and show regular dmd.. save settings then hit f3... then close it out and start it back up.. works for me if I have issues

Nope didn't work for me....I do have 3 screens, but 3rd screen is a real DMD

Never had issues before with B2s, Elvis is my first

Have you tried Elvis ? It worked perfectly a few months ago, the last time I played Elvis.

So hopefully another solution or another B2s ?? Or back to UVP.....nooooo....then I miss my DOF

On this one, playfield light inserts are black and there are some black lines near the slingshot. This is with 9.90.

I've had to downgrade to 9.21 and the alpha flashers and GI do look better there. However in 9.21, the dancing Elvis figure shows up behind the mounting post. Looks like a pole dancer.

May have to go back to 9.16?

In any case, glad to see it's on the LW list for a lighting update!

Can someone test their Elvis with B2S ? Or tell me the correct settings in B2S ?

Nope, looks no better in 9.16. And can't route the music samples to the backbox speakers, so that's a non-starter.

I have no issues using a directB2S backglass. I assume you are running in EXE mode? As I recall, it has some custom animation or fantasy settings. The frame rate can be be adjusted or simply turned off.

Ok maybe someone can post a screenshot of the B2S settings cause I can't get it right ??

Or slashbot can make a new B2S ?

Just tried the new slashbot B2S but still the same problem, flippers don't flip (I do hear my contactor make a sound) or have a delay or stick upwards when you push the buttons....

Why is this table giving problems suddenly out of my 719 tables ?!

Are these settings correct ?

Should't your B2SDMD be visible on a 3 screen setup?
