Intel Pentium M 1.8GHz, 2 gig ram, win xp sp3.

This is it here: http://www.planet3dn...mp;d=1239365576

The space key hardly works. Now yesterday the one side of the monitor hinge is broken so it is precariously holding on smile.gif

I was on SP2 last week, but in order to install the VB Express, it said i needed SP3...I was surprised i was only at SP2 anyways...but it seems slower now to be honest.

Anyways, it is annoying me and time for an upgrade. My problem is that i am fussy and want an i7processor, and so i have been hoping that something will pop up lowered, maybe after boxing day, but i don't like crowds:)

..unfortunately, my laptop is too slow to really run vb express properly... I keep getting various errors and so stopped trying. I think until i get a new laptop I will have to rely on assistance on making the B2S.

If you'r not in too much of a hurry I can make the B2S backglass for you when I find a little more time to work on this hobby.

Thanx Roger,

There doesn't seem to be much demand for SS FS other than for myself it appears, so i don't want to to trouble you... but I would feel better knowing I had an FS version done for this table. I will send you some info on it and if you can do in over time, that would be fantastic.

Thanx!
Maceman

ps. sorry Bob, didn't mean to hijack the thread.... smile.gif

It's Roger's thread. smile.gif I would think your laptop with 2 GB of Ram would be better than my current desktop, but you really need 2 monitors to create and test a B2S, unless you knew exactly what you were doing.

Thank you for the tutorial!

I was able to follow the tutorial and build my first B2S executable. I just wanted the score display and nothing else until I have time to add the images.
I used faces example and removed that image and put in my backglass, moved the score around and it worked.
BUT I have extra scores on the backglass (my table is one player, there are 4 score reels.)

How do I get rid of the excess score reels (objects)? Do I comment them out in the vb form?
I tried removing them in the image, but then the compiler bombs and won't make the backglass.

Here is what I mean.

LTA. I think I just made them not visible in their settings.

Rosve - do you have template files for the more recent 2 screen backglasses? The one where you have the top backglass and the separate section for the DMD?

nice setup Open61, how did you do the DMD area with hyperpin. Nice I assume that the video that plays contains the music, as my system only uses static images, but I might have to try videos now, thanks.

Tried Hyperpin videos, worked nice, but how did you get sound with each table.
