Is this a bug or an error on the playfield art.

The target right below the left spinner says it Spots 2. It actually spot's the 5 light. The 2 gets spotted when you shoot up the left spinner.

Accprding to the manual, the 2 is lit by hitting the target. The 5 is lit by hitting the star rollover in the spinner lane.

Should be a quick fix.

I agree, although looking at the script myself I could not tell where the issue exists.

To be more specific (if it would be helpful) the 1 light is lit when you hit the lower star rollover in the left spinner lane, the 2 light is lit when you hit the target beneath the spinner and the 5 light is lit when you hit the upper star rollover in the left spinner lane (according to the manual). The other 2 lights (3 and 4) are working correctly as far as I can tell (4 lights when you hit the right target beneath the right spinner, 3 lights only when you hit the 3 rollover lane) Of course, hitting the proper rollver lane lights the correct light (dumb statement here but it does need to be pointed out as there have been occasions, not with JPs tables btw, where someone miscodes something in the script and the wrong light is lit when a rollover is hit)

That is correct.
I noted that the old version had the same problem, but since JP was building a new version,
I didn't point it out. Maybe used the old script.
1 and 5 do lite from up the spinner lane.

I saw the difference in the manual and in the table with the script by destruk, so I decided to use what destruk had done smile.gif I have tried to be clever before and I have been wrong and destruk scripts were right smile.gif So this time I didn't tried to be clever and I just added the switches and lights as destruk did smile.gif But if it should be the way around then I'll change it. No problem smile.gif

Another small bug; the wrong pop bumper is advancing the bonus; it should be the red-capped one.

I'm glad JP tackled this one, after I had to bow out due to life pressures; he's currently the best author we have when it comes to balancing quality of work with the speed of creative output.

Rob , I posted the links in the CP topic over Xmas.
A ton of people have already downloaded them,
http://www.vpforums....showtopic=11270
someone that already had them suggested JP make it.

Empire Strikes Back is next in line for pics http://www.vpforums....s...st&p=111707
Time Machine (Zac)
Time Warp
Star Trek 25th

Most of the rest have been done
Cleopatra, Sinbad, Comet, Gorgar, Royal Flush, Spirit of 76, Harlem Globetrotters, Lost World, JD, FT, GnR, Tommy, MSFrankenstein, Hook , TMNT, RR, Playboy.

Enough Hi jacking of this thread

Sweet! You ever consider uploading the pics right to here? The table resources area would be perfect, because I likely never would have found that thread had you not linked me to it. That was over xmas so I never came across that thread.

Then in regards to plastics, you probably already know this, but those can help the real pin community as well. People that have this game with a missing or broken plastic are screwed, unless of course they can get a good scan of the plastic then make one themselves, but it can't be done without the art.
I'm not real familiar with the process. It looks like yours are just 72dpi, but they might do the trick for some people, who knows. Being a real pin owner myself as well as into VP, there is nothing better than stuff like this that can benefit everybody.

If you don't want to upload here to table resources, or the PF's to the PF section, did you ever consider a photobucket account? Keeps all your pics in one place. I'm just happy I was able to get those, but multiple trips to megaupload isn't the most convenient, then of course no thumbnails or anything. Plus megaupload stuff eventually vanishes into oblivion. I'm thinking it would make things easier on you to upload here or to a photobucket account (slap the link into your sig). Then you won't have people like me wondering where your pics are.
In table resources here, everything can be uploaded into one zip (plastics, PF, & misc pics).

Updated the table to version 1.02

- fixed two switches (the ones which turn on the lights 2 and 5 were exchanged)
- fixed the lower bumper so it doesn't increase the bonus (it was a script error, you know copy/paste smile.gif)

I also increased a little the elasticity of the flippers, but since I want this table to feel a little old, so the flippers don't bounce so much. But if you prefer a more bouncing flippers then increase their elasticity from 0,4 to 0,45 (or more like 0,5, 0,55, 0,6 etc).

Thanks to all who told me about the bugs smile.gif

Thanks for the update JP, I love this table.

I think it plays fine as it is. (Maybe a bit fast, but that's VP)

Now I dont have to rush to get the real thing working. smile.gif
