So sorry. I made a lot of hits to the upper ramp always successfully.

Maybe you can try this:

Open the script, locate line 505 ("DropRampKick2.CreateBall:DropRampKick2.Kick 0, 45"), put 40 or 35 instead of 45, compile the script and save the table. If this doesn't work, then try with 50 or 55.

Let us know.

Just to confirm. I am running Version 1.2 in 1080p and have not had the balls get stuck on the ramp. (yet).
I really appreciate all the work on this. I never played this table in the old version because I knew I could never finish a game without a problem. Now it is fun to play again.

Can you post the nude mod so I can try it? sounds cool smile.gif

It's nothing significant, all I did was shift the color of the bathing suit to match the woman's skin tone on all 4 of the playfield images. In fact, it's barely noticeable.

Best Regards,
Todd.

Oh I thought it was more significant than that drool.gif laugh.gif

I have one that was done from photos of the actual nude playfield if you want more significance wink.gif

AL

Thanks AL, more significance is always good smile.gif

Here's a link to the textures. Just re-import them in the texture manager and you can get your jollies ! LOL! yahoo.gif

Looking forward to the option to turn off alpha lights Scott! Thanx for thinking to include this in script. I get some small delays with the UVP, so thanx in advance!

Getting minor delays running UVP too. Can alpha lights be turned off in the script? And if it is turned off what's the downside besides helping UVP?

No alpha lights on this yet. The problem is the great amount of alpha ramps. I think that improving performance can be achieved determining which ramps really need to be alpha and which just acrylic or solid.

This is not a good solution for cabinet owners (the most that download FS versions).

Phol and i have been trying to make ramps using invisible ramps and then just 3 or 4 alpha ramps for the surfaces. meaning one large ramp for the base of the alpha ramps, one large ramp for the lips of the alpha ramps. since a lot of these ramps are at the same height, i think i can greatly reduce the amount of alpha ramps on the table.

but like i said. i have no time to do an update at the moment. maybe in a month or 2 when my son is more capabale of entertaining himself.

Had time to give 1.2 a try, and it is not working for me.
Got the ball stuck in the valley twice during multiball also had the ball go behind the top of the ramp but could be easily nudged back to the playfield.
Re-downloaded the current version on the site to make sure I was using the latest update.

Same here, using 1.2. I even went in and changed line 505, first to 35, then to 55. At 35, it went into the ramp, and got stuck in the middle. At 55, it didn't make it into the ramp, but the ball didn't come back down either, it just kept looping over and over again, about 4 inches, like a movie that was played, and rewound, and over and over again.

I still don't know why some people can play OK, like this, while other people is getting the bug.

Anyway, for all those still having issues with the upper left ramp in Multiball mode you can try to add to the script just below line 67 (between the "end with" and the "end sub" sentences) this:

CODE
Ramp1763.HeightBottom = 154
Ramp1765.HeightTop = 154
Ramp1765.HeightBottom = 152
Ramp1764.HeightBottom = 152

Please, report feedback on this.

Thanks.

Hey.

Tried out the settings above, made sure to download a fresh copy from page 1 just to make sure that nothing was modified. Ramp works fine now, both with and without multiball.

However, I managed to get the ball stuck instead...

Managed to do it twice, on two different games. The top one got stuck first in both games, not sure what the problem was, didn't seem to be a "too" hard shot. The lower ball got stuck second in both games, not sure what happened exactly, but it didn't have enough speed to make the upper right corner, and went back down to settle on the lowest part of the ramp.

It doesn't happen every time, or even close to it, I managed to get 4x scoring on the first game before the top ball got stuck, and that was at least 10 ramp shots...

Love how the table plays btw, especially cool that it makes a different sound when the ball gets on the metal part of the multiball ramp smile.gif
