Thanks. I just uploaded an update at the time of this post (same filename)

I noticed the fire ramps was showing the ball going through them more visually then on WS, so my FS adjustment wasn't a good one where I angled the ramps back, so I fixed that by making them taller and not angled.

I also noticed an Object error when getting more than 3 or so balls going at the same time. I fixed this in the B2B collision script and it seems to work fine now up to 7 balls going at the same time.

Awesome! Thanx so much Bob!!!

Did you find making the dB2S easier for this? Wondering how you find the editor, if you used it.

Cheers,

Maceman

I got the editor 2 days ago. It is very easy to make a simple backglass in the way I made this one. I didn't need to ask any questions and wasn't part of the testing group, but found it very easy to use with the included manual, but then I had made 5 old B2S tables that was much harder to work with, but the scripting for an EM or Original is about the same as in old system for me.

I still need to try a few things as I just kept this backglass simple and added lights to it instead of adding images as effects. I would rate it as Super Easy, but then making tables is Super Easy too once you know how to do what you want. :)

BTW, I just checked the download and the new download was the same as the old one, so I added an "a" to the end of the zipfile and reuploaded it, the table is still named the same. Sorry about that. I deleted the old upload before adding the new one, but when I looked at the downloads there were 2 zips named the same available so it was still downloading the oldest one.

Looks and plays great Bob!  One small, minor cosmetic issue is the digits for martians, Ball In Play, and Credits don't fit on my 1920x1080 backglass.  I think the only solution is to make a separate backglass but the directb2s guys would know better than I would.  Thanks again!!

I"m sure I'm missing something, but I see tons of db2s backglasses, but no instructions on how to add them or make them work?

Hi Zab, start with the server http://www.vpforums....s&showfile=7426 there is a readme.txt included and some instructions at the download. I'm working on a few detailed docs to be pinned in the directB2S subforum but they aren't finished.

Best regards, Herweh.

Ugh, that's not a good thing, is it.... I use a 1280x1024 backglass, but I assumed it would just be stretched for ws monitors. This would sort of be like releasing a bunch of different table formats, not a fun thing to do. Let's see how this unfolds with other tables.

Todd, can you please post a screenshot here? Thanks a lot, Stefan.

Bob, what I have seen before is you're using the blue image set LEDs. Check out the rendered LEDs, they are much more flexible and are looking much better.

The rendered LED's are great looking and I do have them selected for other tables, but I think those are the 10 blue reel images (I modded Scapino's reels) just to use for this Mars Attacks table. :) You can see where I posted them in the post below.

Todd, that is how I thought it would look, but I thought the scores would be in the right place. It looks like the lights are in the right place, judging by the Game Over Light. Maybe it is the images for reels, I am not sure, I only know what I did to make that simple backglass. Hopefully it is something simple and we can fix it. I sure don't want to release a bunch of different versions.

Martians killed, balls and credits are not visible.  Seems to be the only backglass that has this issue and I tried quite a few yesterday.

I will investigate this but need a few hours. I'll be back :-)

Just a few minutes later. ;)

Sorry, Bob, a bug in the designer but you are able to fix the backglass immediatelly. You have to change three settings in the backglass project.

Please click on the LED score display 1. In the 'Reel & LED tool' window you'll see in 'B2S start digit' the value '1'. Now click on the LED score display 2. 'B2S start digit' is once again '1'. Since display 1 contains 7 digits this value has to be '8' (or more). So please enter '8' here. LED score display 3 is once again '1'. Change it to '11' and change this value for the LED score display 4 to '12'. Now everything will work perfectly.

Once again, sorry, these values have to be confirmed by the designer but I missed this check in the current designer version. This will be added in the final version.

Maybe, Bob, try the rendered LEDs. But of course this is absolutely your art decision.
