PuPs with PuPcapture not working, others are perfect

Anyone seen/fixed a problem where all Pups load/run, PuPevent bases PuP Packs work fine BUT PuPCapture based packs do not trigger?  I updated the Pinup 2.0beta and it stopped working. I've since gone back to 1.5 but that did not help. I've done everything I can think of or find on the net, including reinstalling DMDext and B2Sserver reinstall... those seem completely fine.
 
Oddly the Puplog.txt  shows two diff results for PUPcap tables, yet neither have working triggers...

Make sure you are using External DMD, not Internal, for PupCaptures to work.
