It's El Toro from Bally.  A table that is nobody's favorite.  I kinda like it though.  I was surprised that I could not find an existing VPX version.
 
I didn't have time to put a lot of extra features into it, and my art skills are not the greatest.
 
So - I welcome and encourage anyone who wants to start with this and take it to a higher level.
