Hello so I have an issue where the vpinmame dmd is showing and I can resize it and move it no problem. However the virtual dmd of visual pinball which I like better, shows in my taskbar but there is nowhere to be found on either of my 2 screens and so I can't move it. It isn't hidden behind playfield or backglass. Tried the screenres but when I load the table the virtual dmd is nowhere to be found. Have these issue with most tables.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi

 

I think you are playing in cabinet mode with two monitor and the DMDextensions is installed.

Press F1 and then ALT/TAB to see the ROM menu setup

 

 

The picture above show the option to see only DMDextensions

If you mean DMD-Extensions/Flex-DMD ... if you can't see it it might have coordinates "off the screen" somewhere in outer-space.

 

If so, you can reset it's global position (all tables) I think with the special config util.

 

I think you can also do one of those kind properly, but instead of saving only its position, do it globally (means for all tables) and it should sorta fix them all (at least move it to a screen where you can find it).

Yes that got rid of the vpinmame dmd however virtual dmd still shows in taskbar but can't see it anywhere on the 2 screens. If I press full screen it appears only part of it covering whole playfield but can't move it at all.

I see it on taskbar but nowhere else so I can't move it and resave position. Do you know where in the config can I sort this out

When you press ALT/TAB can you fix any window on screen?

 

In video settings mode are in "exclusive full screen" or "window"?

 

If you are in "exclusive full screen" you can´t open this window on screen.
