Hello,
I'm currently trying to solve a problem.
I use Pinup Popper for VisualPinball, FX, and Mame.
Everything works fine, including DOF and DOFlinx.
I have created some MP4 videos for MAME. These work with some arcade games, but with most of them, the videos only play for the duration of the video and then the screen (backglass) goes black.
It doesn't seem to run in a loop.
I can't figure out what the problem is.
A backglass as an image (jpg or png) remains.

MAME Emulator Launch script:

START "" "[STARTDIR]Launch\VPXSTARTER.exe" 1 1 10 "MAME"
d:
cd "D:\Vpin\Arcade\Emulator\MAME"
START "" "[diremu]\mame.exe" "[GAMEFULLNAME]"

I've already played around with timeout and other parameters for
START “” “[STARTDIR]Launch\VPXSTARTER.exe” 1 1 10 “MAME”,
 but without success.

I'm about to convert the mp4 back to jpg.
Does anyone have any ideas?

best regards
Hartmut

It does not depend on the format of the mp4.
It seems to work with some games, even with the mp4 files of games where the mp4 shows a black screen after a short time. Does it depend on the loading time?
After returning to Pinup-Popper, the mp4 is visible again and remains so.
