Good day hope this finds you all well 

not sure what i am ding wrong very new to this 

once i download a table i put the back glass in the file and make sure its named the same as the table 

when i go to play the table the back glass shows while the table is loading then back glass screen disappers once the table play begains

How is your system configuration?

Destop mode with one screen;

Cabinet mode 2 screens;

Cabinet mode 3 screens;

Are you playing in VR?

 

I´m asking because is a normal issue when you are playing with one screen.
