Hi,

I have recently started down the rabbit hole of virtual pinball, and discovered the excellent Pinscape build guide by MJR.

While reading the guide I thought it would be nice to convert the guide into AsciiDoc markup language so that it can be generated into a PDF, ePub, and a single page website. So I went through the guide page-by-page and converted the HTML to AsciiDoc markup and downloaded the images. I fixed a few typos and broken links along the way. The only part that I wasn't able to fully convert was the parts list section that contains form(s) for selecting parts.

I welcome any and all input on this project
