Not sure what happened,  but when i double click on a table, it opens up the program, but the table won't load.

 

I need to open the table inside future pinball.     

 

I know this worked in the past,  but for some reason it broke, and  not sure where to  fix that,

 

Any suggestions?

Have you tried right clicking on table file with mouse, and clicking "Play Table"?

i don't get that when i look in my file explorer

ok, I was using the pop installer,  i used the other installer, and that one does work..

need to break down, what is getting added to registry to make this all work then.

ok got it figured out..

 

for others who wants it

 

create a registry file and put this in it.   adjust the path from where your exe is.

I wrote a guide on how to set FP up so you can double click on the *.fpt file to play it.  It creates some right click context options too:

I had looked on that site too, but not good enough i guess.

It looks like your version only opens FP.exe.  All the recent tables use BAM which requires launching the FPLoader instead of FP.exe.
