I have seen posts where folks include an image to support the text. I have tried to find a tutorial on how to do this but no luck so far. If someone could explain how to do this I would appreciate it or if there is a link to some other content I can read.

Here is how to upload pic to forums here...

 

Click the VPF Image Host tab at top of screen.

 

A window will pop up, and you will see a Browse Button. Click it, and browse to your Pic you want to upload Then Click Upload button.

 

After uploading pic, highlight all of the text in the Thumbnails for Forums section and copy it by right clicking with mouse and clicking copy, or you can press CTRL C when text is highlighted.

 

Now paste that text link into forum here by right clicking with mouse in post here, and clicking Paste, or you can press CTRL V to paste link here in forums post.

 

If you need to upload another pic, click Upload more Images and Files button at top of window.

There seems to be some issues going on with this method as when I just tried to upload a jpg file, it accepts the transfer, but then when I attempt to insert it into my post I get an error message telling me:

"You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community."

File is under 1mb and a jpeg at 1080p. I think I'll just upload it to my own server and point to it from my post temporarily.

Edit: There seems to be some issue with the method photoshop uses to save, save for web vs save as. Save for web worked, "save as" caused some issue (perhaps related to progressive jpeg or something, not sure).
