Fight Night (Graphics Mod)

Version: 3.0
Category: VP 8.x Originals

Author(s): Chris La Mantia, (Feat. Graphics mod by Nealtron)

Description:
Graphics mod by Nealtron
ORIGINAL TABLE by Chris La Mantia, Graphics Mod by Nealtron

I really liked this original table- it's fun, has a cool premise and interesting features. However, I felt it needed some major work in the graphics department...

Created a completely new custom backglass image
Modified saturation & contrast of back wall
Heavily sharpened the playfield and miscelaneous textures
Adjusted colors: Don King background is now yellow, bottom left bumper went from blue-green to blue, the redhead with the Round 2 card is now a blonde (personal preference, heh), etc.
Adjusted many other miscelaneous images for a sharper, more professional looking table. Compare to the original to see an enormous difference.
Great table, enjoy!

Cool but I think that it can use some more speech in the table just having it for the fight part makes seem like the rest of table is missing it.

Did you ask Chris for permission to mod his table?

You should always mention you received permission to mod in the release thread, especially on an Original table.

Why is it that I have a bad feeling about this? I do hope you've got permission for all these mods.

Agree with Bob, release threads for modded tables need to clearly show permission has been granted.

I don't see any of your other modified tables. Since you registered about 3 days ago, how many have you made changes to?

As far as I can tell, it's the only table he's uploaded to this site... http://www.vpforums....u...6032&type=0

Until we're certain that you've received permission to mod this table, I am making the download invisible.

Sorry I am so late to the party; my life's been a bit of shambles for a while so pinball has not been at the top of my priority list...

Fight Night has blanket mod permission for all in a text file in the original download, and Neal also sought out explicit permission to release his mod, which was granted.

I personally prefer the original backglass featuring the artwork of the talented Leslie Parke smile.gif , but the art mods in this were well done considering he did not have my original layered art files to modify.
